[¹Because, whilst it might not be capable of playing the latest games, it IS capable of quite happily playing back 1080P content [ION GPU], has reduced my electricity bill to the extent that, despite huge price increases, it’s still cheaper than before I had one, and it’s tiny - about the size of a Kindle eReader, and two / three times the thickness.]
As of 6:32pm, on Sunday, May 9th 2010, my computer has been switched on for 22 days, 22 mins. Windows 7 FTW.
Edit -> It would have been longer - I’d been “up and running” for around 15 - 16 days, but there was a powercut, which reset it to zero :( My record is 35 days on a Linux system, and 48 on a Windows XP based machine.
My lil computer was running a wee-bit slow recently, so I decided to bite the bullit, back up everything, and do a re-format & re-install. However, I forgot to back up the machines “My Pictures” folder, so I lost a lot of nice piccys, such as this one :)
