I’ve never had particularly brilliant posture, by any stretch of the immagination, but over the last couple of years [the last year it seems in particular] it’s gotten to the point where it’s shot to the top of things that worry me. There’s nothing appealing about having rounded shoulders, and slouching [not that I’m saying fixing that’ll make me suddenly attractive], and seeing as how I’m working on getting my health sorted - this seems like an idea opportunity to try and address the problem.
tl;dr: I’m buying the above. It attaches to the back of a chair, and is supposed to help with your posture. I’ve worked with people who’ve used them, and they claim that short of switching to a standing desk, they’re a pretty good solution.
So I’ma buy one, and see if it works.
